CHIEF Executive Officer (CEO) of Provident Insurance Company (PIC), Mr Justice Michael Ashong has lauded Best Western Premier (BWP) Accra Airport Hotel, describing the facility as one that meets the satisfaction of all its guests and institutions that patronise its services.
Mr Ashong said the memorable experience at BWP has served to endear many clients to continue to return to the facility when they have to and even provide referrals which have proven to be worth their while.
Speaking to this paper on the sidelines of a strategy session to mark the Insurance company’s 40th anniversary at BWP , Mr Ashong was full of commendation for the management and staff of the hotel.

He pointed out that what attracts any guest to a hotel are the facilities they have , the environment or atmosphere in which they operate , the services they provide , how efficient the services are and “when it comes to Best Western Premier it’s a combination of all these .”
“We don’t have too many hotels that you go to where you get down from your car, walking towards the building and somebody walks to you to welcome you and finds how he or she can be of help. Immediately the person directs you ,” he stated
Staff of PIC lodging at the hotel had according to him had given great compliments about services, the professionalism and friendliness of staff, excellent conference facilities as well as very tasty meals.
“You go to the restaurant, you have very well trained people who are professionals in their own right, they meet you at the entrance and usher you in to your table ,there are some places that you go to and nobody comes close, you are virtually left on your own” he told this reporter.
But at Best Western you are virtually pampered. The conference facilities are state-of-the-art, they afford you what it takes to do your presentations , staff of the hotel are on standby ,” the PIC CEO intimated.
Mr Ashong told this reporter he was impressed with the big parking space which accommodates a lot of vehicles , as well as wide conference rooms which give more than enough room for easy movement.
“We will choose Best Western Premier Hotel anytime ,” he submitted, adding that “about 60% of our team is lodging in the hotel and when asked how they find the hotel they said everything was okay.”

CEO of the Yamusah Group of Companies, Mr Zibrim Yamusah welcomed the compliments from Mr Ashong and noted that it was his desire that the hotel will continue to delight it’s guests and ensure that “they will always come back.”
“We’re are exceedingly thrilled to received good feedback from our clients and guests. We cherish feedback even if they are complaints so we can improve on our services,” he added.

Sales and Marketing Manager for the Hotel, Mr Daniel Mensah Tsagli pledged renewed efforts from his office to continue to make the hotel visible and a household name.
“The Best Western Brand is no small brand at all and for myself and my team, we are poised to keep this facility shining,” Mr Tsagli stated.
